Johnson County Courthouse

The courthouse personnal will do searches in Land and Probate records 
for a rate of $5 per ten years.  

Xerox copies can be purchased at a rate of $1 per page.  

Certified copies can be purchased at a rate of:
        Marriage License ................................. $7
        Death Certificate ................................ $9
        Birth Certificate ................................ $11
Remember, Johnson County was not required to keep birth and death records befor 1903.
