I have a vintage postcard collection which I haven't added to since the 1970s. Too busy with other things.
My daughter plans to do wonderful things with this page EVENTUALLY.
There are many cards from my Glendale Union Academy classmate, Lisa Johnson, who wrote from Europe in the days before, during, and after my 1958 wedding. She sent cards for my collection and was truly sweet to me in many other ways. She was a good friend, and I'm sorry I lost touch with her.
Most of the cards in my collection, though not featured here -- yet -- are from my classmate Donna Braiser-Lynn. I was her bridesmaid when she married at the Wee Kirk 'o' the Heather at Forest Lawn. She was my bridesmaid when I married at the Chapel of the Chimes. My daughter was her daughter's maid of honor when she married at the Wee Kirk 'o' the Heather in 1997.
